Step 2
After free consultation
After your free consultation, in most cases, you will only need to provide the following mortgage refinance information:
- Mortgage Statement(s)(1st and 2nd)
- Income Documentation (i.e. pay stubs “30 days”, last 2 years W-2, 1099)
- Hardship Letter
- Hazard insurance Declaration page
- Copy of Driver’s License(s)
- All Correspondence from mortgage company
- Notice of Default – if Applicable
- Notice of Trustee Sale - if Applicable
- Loan Modification Documentation – if Applicable
- Property Tax Statement
- Copy of original mortgage note
We will then review the information that you provide and put together a package to submit to your lender. We will fully analyze your case before we begin the process to ensure you qualify for the program.
