Thank you JnR Associates. Our financial circumstances were forcing us to leave the home we love. We had already found a rental home and had let our neighbors know we soon would be leaving. We found JnR Associates through a referral and felt we had nothing to lose by seeing what they could do if anything, we did not get our hopes to high as our mortgage bank was not doing anything for us. Within a very short period of time JnR Associates had contact us giving us the great news that our mortgage bank was lowering the interest rate on our first mortgage. By the time JnR Associates had finished their work with my mortgage bank they had lowered my interest rate on our first mortgage from 7.25% to 2% fixed and lowered our 2nd mortgage interest rate from 9.55 down to 2% fixed as well. They were even able to have the lender take off $30,000 from the balance due on the second mortgage.

I hired JnR Associates to help me lower my payments on my mortgage and they were able to modify my mortgage note off the 6% adjustable rate mortgage and secure my payments onto a 2% fixed interest rate which lowered my payments from $2,400 per month to only $1,200. I would like to Thank JnR Associates for saving and keeping our family in our home. With recent economic challenges we have faced our mortgage payment became unmanageable. We did not know what to do and realized if things did not change soon we would have to leave our home. A co-worker of mine referred me to a company JnR Associates, and at that time I was willing to try anything. He told me the process will probably take up to three months and to be patient as he will continue to work on getting the bank to lower our payment to be inline with our income.
